Join to help ensure our regional CIE is informed by and responsive to the community through the development of network standards, partner engagement strategies, partneronboarding, and systemic reviews of network data to identify resource gaps and opportunities to improve care coordination. It is also a space for organizations to connect with each other and share resources, information, and lessons learned.
