About Connect2 Community Network

Watch our short introduction video.

About the Advisory Group
The Connect2 Community Network is collaboratively governed by a multi-sector Advisory Group. This group is responsible for overseeing design, implementation and sustainability of the network, with support from cross-sector workgroups and guidance from the community. The Advisory Group meets monthly to guide design and implementation.

Currently, the Advisory Group is recruiting to fill 12 open seats, with 5 reserved for Tribal entities and organizations. Tribal representation is crucial to steer the network Tribal data sovereignty, in recognition that Tribal Nations and Indigenous people have the right to govern the collection, ownership, and application of their own data. The Connect2 Community Network worked closely with HealthierHere’s Indigenous Nations Committee to establish the composition of these seats.
