Over the last 2 years, HealthierHere has partnered with a coalition of health, Tribal, and social service organizations to develop a regional community information exchange (CIE) designed to help people in King County, WA connect to the services they need. Amidst the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the need for integrated whole-person care has never been greater.
